Terms & Conditions Competition Terms and Conditions – Valentine’s Giveaway

Welcome to the Terms & Conditions Terms and Conditions of the Luna Splendida Contest. Please read carefully the following information governing your participation in the competition.

1. Organizer
The competition is organised by. Luna Splendida (hereinafter referred to as “Organiser”).

2. Duration of the Competition
The competition will take place from 08/01/2026 until 08/02/2026 and will close at 23:59 on the same day. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered valid.

3. How to participate
Participation in the competition requires the following any purchase from the Luna Splendida online store during the period of the competition. Each completed purchase automatically corresponds to a one (1) participation in the draw. Multiple purchases do not equal multiple entries.

4. Eligibility
All residents of Greece, aged over 18 years old, are eligible to participate. Employees of the Promoter and their first degree relatives are excluded from the competition.

5. The Gift
The winner will win two (2) nights accommodation for two persons at Forest Suites Boutique Hotel, for the weekend of February 13 & 14, 2026.

Built amphitheatrically above the Karpenisiotis River and embracing the snow-covered foothills of Kaliakouda, it invites you to live a unique experience of initiation into the secrets of the forest. The gift is specific, cannot be exchanged for money or other products/services and is non-transferable.

6. Winner emergence
The draw will take place on 09/02/2026 by the Promoter. The winner will be notified by email or telephone within 5 working days. In case of non-response of the winner within the above time period, the entry will be cancelled and a new winner may emerge through a repeat draw.

7. Receipt & Gift redemption
The redemption of the prize will take place upon the winner’s agreement with Forest Suites Boutique Hotel. The booking is subject to the terms and conditions and availability of the hotel.

8. Protection of Personal Data
The Promoter collects only the personal data necessary for participation and communication with the winner. The data is not disclosed to third parties and is deleted after the end of the competition, unless otherwise required by applicable legislation.

9. Responsibility of the Organiser
The Organizer is not responsible for any cancellations or changes of accommodation by the hotel, nor for any technical problems that may affect participation in the competition.

10. Acceptance of Terms
Participation in the competition implies full and unconditional acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
