We offer fast 2 day express delivery via DHL Express to most European destinations. The cost is 8,90€ for orders below 100€ and free for orders above 100€. We ship your order within 1 business day and its delivered within 2 business days. For certain locations, such as islands an additional 1-2 days may be required. The above timmings are not valid in case of national holidays, emergencies, or any other situation force majeure that could impact the time of delivery.
Returns are free and can be done up to 14 calendar days from the date or delivery. Shipping costs are also free for their return to Luna Splendida. The products must be returned in their entirety, excluding the possibility of returning only certain parts or components of these products (even in the case of sets); - the Returned Products must not have been used, worn (except for the same ways allowed in a fitting room in a point of sale), washed, dirtied or damaged and must not show signs of use; Returned Products must be returned packaged exactly as they were shipped, complete with all tags and labels. For example, products must be returned in their packaging, complete with cardboard and so on; When you are ready to return your product, place the return form on the package and call your local DHL to arrange for a pickup time. Properly package the goods and use the return label provided with your order. If you have lost the return label, please arrange with your local DHL customer service in order for the driver to have a label ready for you. Address the label on: Sun Princess IKE, Salaminos Str. 4, 14123, Athens-Greece and use our DHL account number 969788935 specifing that the cost of shipping is charged on the consignee.
In order for your return to be completed successfully, the product must be in its original condition, as judged by our quality control. Along with the product(s) you must include the proof of purchase and the completed return form, as well as stating whether you would like a refund or credit. In case you wish for a refund, we will refund the full amount on the credit/debit card that was used as payment method. The full amount will be credited to your card In case you choose credit, the value of the returned product (plus any shippinmg costs) will be credited to your account in our e-shop, so that you can use it in your next purchases. You will receive a coupon for the full amount on your email. Returns are accepted only if returned by DHL using our prepaid return label found in your box. If you have lost your return label, please contact email@example.com and we will issue a new one. Products returned with other shipping companies will not be accepted. Please note: Swimwear can only be returned if the protective hygiene plastic has not been removed.

We do not currently offer pay on delivery payment option in any country except Greece.

All credit/debit card payments are processed through the payment platform of "Stripe", one of the largest and safest online payments service providers in the world. We use TLS 1.2 encryption with AES-256 encryption protocol. Encryption is a way to secure the information until it reaches its reciever, who will be able to decrypt it with the use of the appropriate security key. Basically we use high safety standards so that your information remain private. You have the option to save your card for future purchases. If you choose to save your card, your data is securely saved on Stripe's server, not on Luna Splendida. That way we are making sure that your card information is safe.
