If you are not sure that the size of the garment you have chosen is suitable for you, visit the page specially designed for you "FIND YOUR BRA SIZE" to see how you can be measured easily and quickly so that you can find the right size for you . Otherwise you can always contact us at +30210 285 0790 or by email at help@lunasplendida.gr and we can give you more details about the "fitting" of the specific product. Check the products in the shopping cart by clicking on the "SHOPPING CART" link located in the upper right part of the website (bag icon). You can use the button "DELETE FROM CART" symbol (X), to remove products from your cart before completing your order.

Click the "CHECKOUT" button to complete your purchase. To be able to complete your first order you can either as a guest or as a member. During the completion of your order the system will automatically guide you through the very simple and fast registration process or if you wish to make your purchase as a guest we will need the same information with the only difference that in this case your information will not stored for future use. Before completing your order you must choose a payment method. You can pay in one of the ways listed below in Section 4.
The prices listed on our products include VAT. and are considered final. The shipping costs within Greece are completely free for all orders, for EU the shipping costs for orders below 100€ are 8,90€ while for orders above 100€ they are free of charge.
By submitting your order in accordance with the above, the lunasplendida.com system will automatically send you a message to the email account you have registered with us when registering as a Member or as a guest, which will notify you that we have received the order , will list the products you have ordered and all the terms of the order. From this point on, you do not need to do anything else until you receive your products.
When the order is delivered to the partner courier company, you will receive a new message – email which will state the waybill/shipment number. With this number you can track the progress of your order until it reaches the delivery location you have indicated in your order.

Track Order
If you are a registered user, you can see the "Status" of your order at any time by going to the "MY ACCOUNT" link. If your order has been delivered to the courier, you can find out where your parcel is by means of the waybill number, which is posted on the "MY ACCOUNT" page in the "Orders" area. If you have completed your order as a guest, you should refer to the confirmation email of the delivery of the order to the courier, where it states the shipment number and then search for your package on the respective courier's website.

Cancellation / Modification of Order
The order can be canceled in the following cases:

Before completing the order:
Before placing your order in accordance with the above, you have the possibility technically to "return to the cart" and remove the quantities of products from your cart that you do not wish to order by pressing the "remove" button.

After completing the order but before receiving the products:

After receiving the product:
(a) Your refusal to accept your products upon delivery by the courier shall constitute withdrawal. In any case, we inform you that in case of withdrawal at the time of receipt in accordance with the above, lunasplendida.com records the event in a special file. In the first refusal of receipt and after the customer has made a second order, an email will follow from the Customer Service department, to confirm that the customer really wants the order he has placed. In the event that he refuses to receive his order a second time, then he will not be able to place an order for the 3rd time. (b) Upon receipt of the product,
the order is canceled by exercising the Right of Withdrawal as set out in Section 5 below.
(c) In addition your order is canceled after receipt of the products or for replacement purposes in accordance with the provisions of section 6 below.
(d) Finally, after its receipt, your order is canceled in accordance with the provisions of section 6i in the event that you receive a defective product, the wrong product or never receive it due to loss.

2. DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS


Method and time of delivery
, Dates and times of delivery: The days of delivery of our products are from Monday to Friday from 7.00 am to 16.00 (CET). For Greece we use Speedex and ELTA Courier. FOr the rest of EU we use DHL.

Product delivery time: Without contradiction to what is expressly stated in these Terms of Use and Transactions, if your order is completed by 10:30 pm from Monday to Friday, the products are delivered to Greece and EU within three (3) working days. In case your order is completed by submitting it to us after 10:30, the delivery time increases by one working day, according to the above. The above deadlines do not apply during periods of extreme weather or strikes and in any case of force majeure, which may affect transport and delivery times.

Delivery Delay
Our Company makes every effort for the timely and appropriate delivery of your products, however we reserve the right that the delivery of your product(s) may be delayed in the event of a force majeure event such as indicative extreme weather events, strikes , or any other event outside our sphere of influence and control which may affect the transport and delivery of your order. In the above case, we will contact you to inform you of a possible delay in the delivery time of the product you have ordered. In the event that the increased delivery time does not satisfy you, you have the right to cancel the order in part or in its entirety and to refund any money you have paid. In case of delay, you can contact our Company at +30 210 285 0790 or at help@lunasplendida.gr, where you can declare your withdrawal of the whole order or part of it.

3. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipments within Greece do not incur shipping costs, they are FREE. Shipments within the EU cost 8,90€ for orders below 100€ and free for orders above 100€. The courier company we work with is ELTA Courier and Speedex for Greece, and DHL for EU.

4. METHODS OF PAYMENT

Pay on delivery

Pay on delivery is available only to Greece. When the courier company employee comes to your place to deliver your products, you pay the value of your order in cash or card.

Payment with credit / debit card.

By using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and Diners credit, debit and prepaid cards. All payments made using a card are processed through the electronic payment platform “Stripe” and uses TLS 1.2 encryption with a 256-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way to secure the information until it reaches its reciever, who will be able to decrypt it with the use of the appropriate security key. Basically we use high safety standards so that your information remain private.

Payment with PayPal.

Payments with PayPal are processed through the safe payment terms imposed by the company. 5. WITHDRAWAL

Conditions for exercising the right
You have a period of fifteen (15) days to return the purchase you may have made through our online store, without stating the reasons or providing us with any explanation (unnecessary withdrawal). The right of withdrawal is exercised when you want to return the product you bought from our online store, and get your money back.

The above period of fifteen (15) calendar days for the exercise of the right of withdrawal of article 5.1, starts from the day after the day that you or a person you may indicate to us as responsible for receiving your products (other than the courier) take physical possession of the purchased goods. In the event that you have ordered more than one product in one order and which are delivered separately, the deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal in accordance with the above begins from the day after the day on which you or a person you may indicate to us as responsible for receiving the products you (other than the carrier) obtain physical possession of the last good.

Procedures:
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal in Article 5.1 above, you must, before the expiry of the deadline for exercising it in accordance with the above, inform us of any decision to withdraw from the Sales Contract we have concluded, with a clear statement from you (e.g. a letter ) which you will send by email to the contact email of lunasplendida.com ( help@lunasplendida.gr). The use of the form attached with your order is not mandatory. In case of exercising the right of withdrawal in accordance with the above, you must return to us (at the address of SUN PRINCESS IKE stated herein) the product from which you are withdrawing from the purchase immediately. Unless we have agreed to receive it from you in in the event of withdrawal, without undue delay and in any event within fifteen (15) calendar days from the day on which we received notice of your decision to withdraw from the Contract in accordance with the provisions herein.

Obligations of the consumer during withdrawal
In order to comply with the withdrawal period you must send us your declaration of exercise of your right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period in accordance with the provisions herein. The declaration of exercise is done by either directly communicating with us or by using the return label included in your package. It is expressly agreed that your notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal is deemed to have reached us on the next business day after sending us the Notice of Withdrawal (email/call/use of return label) in accordance with the provisions herein.

In case of exercising the right of withdrawal in accordance with the above, you must return to us (at the address of SUN PRINCESS IKE stated herein) the product from which you are withdrawing from the purchase immediately – unless we have agreed to receive it from you in in the event of withdrawal, without undue delay and in any event within fifteen (15) calendar days from the day on which we received notice of your decision to withdraw from the Contract in accordance with the provisions herein. The deadline is considered to have been met if you send back the goods before the end of the 15 day period.

The returns for EU are free of charge by using the return label included in your package or by calling the courier directly to schedule a pickup appointment.

  1. You can choose a full refund of your money.
  2. You can choose a store credit.
  3. If you want to change the size you must proceed with the return of your previous order and make a new one with the different size.

The products must always be returned by the means described in this page, specifically for Greece, returns are handled by ELTA Courier and in the rest of EU by DHL. Otherwise, you bear the cost of returning the products. So please be careful to follow the process of returns in accordance to the terms as described here and in the returns form.

Luna Splendida’s obligations
If you withdraw from any of your purchases as set forth herein, we will refund all money received from you, excluding any additional costs due to your choice to use other delivery methods than the delivery method we offer subject to of those expressly defined below. The refund will be made immediately, without culpable delay and in any case no later than within ten (10) days from the date lunasplendida.com receives the products you returned in accordance with the above and subject to the provisions of the article 5.5. The return of the money will be processed by the means used to pay for your order. If you used your debit/credit card, then we will refund the money to your card. If you used PayPal then we will credit the full amount via PayPal. The customer is not charged for any costs or hidden fees associated with the return of his order.

Return of products
We are entitled to delay your refund until we have received back the goods you withdraw from the purchase, in the same good condition in which you received them. In case of withdrawal in accordance with the above, it is clarified that any products that you have purchased with a discount due to the purchase of the product from which you are withdrawing, you must return them together with the basic product from which you are withdrawing from the purchase, otherwise the withdrawal is considered as not exercised by you and therefore no obligation is created for us. Any product that you received for free as part of a gift or bundle must be returned together with the basic product. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility for any reduction in the value of the products you return, which (reduction) occurs as a result of the management of said products on your part other than that which is necessary to establish the nature and properties of the products. Basically you can try the products in order to figure if the fitting is satisfactory, but the products must be returned in the condition you received them. However, it is clarified that in order to get your money back in the case of withdrawal, the product must be in the perfect condition received without damage and complete, in its original packaging and accompanied by all relevant documents. All clothes, underwear and accessories that are returned must be in excellent condition, not washed in any way and have the special hang tag that includes the item’s barcode. Otherwise, returns will NOT be accepted.

Underwear
Briefs may be returned to their original condition without their tags removed. Swimwear can only be returned if the protective hygiene plastic has not been removed. In case of obvious use of the product, the company may refuse its return.

Also, the returned product must be accompanied by all the necessary documents you received upon receipt, otherwise lunasplendida.com will not receive them as long as you agree that the right of withdrawal has not been legally exercised and in accordance with the terms herein.

6. REPLACEMENT OF PRODUCTS

In the case of product replacement because of wrong size selection, defects, change of mind etc you have 15 calendar days from the day you receive the product to request its return. Replacing a products, unless its defect, is not possible and you would have to return it and place another order. You can return the products using the DHL return label found inside your package for EU. If you have lost your return label, please contact us at help@lunasplendida.gr. For Greece, you can call directly ELTA courier and request to send your products to our return address. Its in the responsibility of the customer to package the products adequately to prevent any damage during their return to us. The process of returning the product is very simple:

For EU

  1. Inside the box in which your order was shipped you will find a prepaid DHL return label. Call your local DHL to organize an appointment for the courier to pick-up your order.
  2. Place the items you wish to return in the box – make sure there are no missing hangtags, labels etc. that came with the product. Be sure to fill-in the return form printed behind your receipt. That will help us process your return more quickly. Deliver your return to the courier. We will not accept any returns of products with missing hangtags, labels etc.
  3. Once we receive your return, we will do a quick quality control. If everything is done correctly, we will return your money within 10 days of the receipt of the return.

If something is wrong we will contact you directly. It is noted that returns for items purchased during special sales period, flash sales, Black Friday etc can be returned and the return process is the same. However we cannot “save” items in the discounted price so you can receive them later. At any point the current price displayed in our website is the price you can purchase any product.

In addition, regarding the return procedure, you can consult the special form (return form) that you will find in the package you received.

It is expressly agreed that the return of the products takes place as long as the product is returned to our Company in the same good condition that you originally received it. It is also noted that it is the customer’s responsibility to package the product properly when returning it. Case of return on discounted products
In the event that you purchased a product during a sales period or as part of an offer that is not valid at the time of the return, the following applies:

Liability of lunasplendida.com for defects, loss.

Luna Splendida is liable for any damage caused by a defect in its product. Lunasplendida.com has towards you all the obligations provided for in the Civil Code for the seller. In particular, in the event of a defect in the product we sell to you, you may (a) request that it be repaired at no charge to you, unless this is impossible or requires disproportionate costs, or (b) replace it with another, or (c) withdraw by following the procedure found in Section 5.

The above obligations of our Company cease in the event that the defect has been caused by you, or the product being returned has dirt, wear, abrasions, creases and generally creates the impression that it has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its suitability , or in a narrow or broad sense of force majeure. In any case, the products must be accompanied by the necessary legalization documents and receipts. For damages that are reasonably considered to be a manufacturing defect of the product, there is a margin of three (3) months to exercise your above rights. For damages that cannot be proven to be a manufacturing fault, then you have the possibility to exercise your above rights within thirty (30) calendar days. This period starts from the day after receipt and in any case within that period you must have returned the product to us.
