Pay on delivery (available in Greece)
Pay on delivery is available only to Greece. When the courier comes to your premises to deliver your products, you pay cash for the value of your order.

Payment with credit / debit card.
You can pay with your prepaid, credit or debit cards. By choosing this method you will enter the secure environment of the Stripe payments platform.
You can pay by any of the following cards, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and Diners.

Payment with PayPal.
Payments with PayPal are processed through the safe payment terms imposed by the company.

Payment by Klarna (up to 3 interest-free instalments)
Klarna is a payment method that combines the convenience of a credit card (interest-free instalments) without fees and interest rates. With Klarna you save both time and money and you can make your purchases, paying in 3 instalments without interest. This makes shopping easier, especially for high value products etc. But this is not limiting, as payment via Klarna is available for purchases from €35 to €1,000. With the market becoming fully liberalised, e.g. for the purchase of goods for a total of € 1,000 or less.you pay the first of the 3 instalments and in 30 days the next one. The first time you use Klarna, you will be asked to complete the registration process.

Before confirming your order, you have the ability to technically go “back to cart” and remove any products that you do not wish to purchase by pushing the remove (X) button.

If the order has been completed but the product has not yet been shipped, you can cancel your order by sending an email to [email protected].

Technically, while browsing the site, before completing the order you can add or remove from your cart as many products as you want (or don’t want) by clicking on the “Add to Cart” button from the page of each product or “return to cart” and then “remove” respectively.
After completing the order but before receiving it, you can change your order by sending an email to [email protected] or by calling 210 285 0790, Monday to Friday 09:00-15:00.

There are 2 ways to add a coupon on your order. The first is from the cart page by clicking on “Click here to add your code” located just below the cart summary, adding the coupon code and pressing the “APPLY COUPON” button. The second way of adding a coupon is on the checkout page. There, at the top, you will have to click on the “Have a coupon? CLICK HERE TO ENTER YOUR CODE” block. By adding the coupon code and hitting the “APPLY” button, the coupon is added to your order.

MY ACCOUNT

Completing a purchase on Luna Splendida does not require an account. However, creating an account is very easy and provides you with the following advantages:
• You can see the status of your order and your purchase history.
• Add products to your favorites list.
• Much faster checkout process as you can save your addresses for future purchases.
• You will be among the first to learn about new Luna Splendida products.

Through the “My Account” page, you can change your billing and shipping addresses, name, email, and password.

If you have forgotten your password you can recover it using your email.

SHIPMENTS-RETURNS

Our product delivery days are Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Subject to what is expressly set out in the Terms of Use and Transactions, if your order is completed by 12:30 pm Monday to Friday, the products are delivered:

In Greece:

  • in Attica within two (2) working days and
  • to the rest of Greece within three (3) working days.

In the European Union:

  • within 5 working days

In case your order is completed by submitting it to us after 10:30, the delivery time increases by one working day, according to the above. The above deadlines do not apply during periods of extreme weather or strikes and in any case of force majeure, which may affect transport and delivery times.

Once the order has been completed, it is possible to change the shipping address if you contact us directly by sending an email to [email protected], Monday to Friday 09:00-15:00.

Shipping costs within Greece are completely free of charge regardless of the order size, while for the European Union the cost is 8,90€ for orders under 100€ and free of charge for orders over 100€.

You have at your disposal a period of fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your product(s) to withdraw from the purchase you may have made through our online store, without stating the reasons or providing us with any explanation.
Before the expiry of the period for exercising the right of return, you must have either inform us through email or by returning the product using the return label found within the package of your order. Returning a product is easy and completely free.

For Greece:
1. In case of product change, size etc., the cost is borne by Luna Splendida. You have the right to replace the product you received within 15 calendar days with another size or another product. The first return within Greece is not subject to shipping costs, as long as you use the shipping company we work with (ELTA Courier or Speedex). If you need to make a second return/exchange then the return costs are borne by the customer.
If you wish to make another purchase, you can choose to receive a coupon for the amount of the products returned.
Be careful to not throw away the return label found within the package you receive your order. If you have lost it, please contact our customer service so that we can help you issue another one. The refund will be made in any case no later than ten (10) days from the date lunasplendida.com receives the products you returned. The return sum is credited directly on the card from which you made the original payment. While the cost of returning an order is completely free, rarely, some banks will charge you a fee. That fee is completely out of our control and is not requested by Luna Splendida.
Please use only DHL courrier to arrange your return. It is a condition of the above terms that you will return the product in the way we indicate. Otherwise, the cost of the return is borne by you. It is clarified, however, that in order to get your money back or to exchange the product for another one, the product must be in perfect condition when received without damage, complete, in its original packaging, not washed in any way and accompanied by all relevant documents, tags, etc. Otherwise, returns will NOT be accepted.
Swimwear can only be returned if the protective hygiene plastic has not been removed.

For the European Union:

Returns are completely free of charge using the return voucher sent with the order (lost the voucher? contact us at [email protected]). No changes can be made, however the customer can place a new order with the products he/she wishes.

For EU

For Greece:
1. To return one or more products you should contact the courier company (ELTA courier or Speedex) that delivered the parcel to you, indicating that it is a return to Sun Princess IKE, in order to receive the parcel for return and to initiate the process.
2. Then, fill in the return card that you will find in your parcel and indicate what change you want to make (e.g. change in size, change in color or if you want a refund). You place it with the product to be replaced.
3. You place the product/products to be replaced with all their labels and the completed return card in the package you received and deliver the parcel to ELTA courier or Speedex.
4. Once we receive the parcel, if it is a change in size or colour, we check the availability of the products you want to change. Once the inspection is done, we will need up to 10 days to issue a refund.
If there is some problem with the return procedure we will try to contact you via email, whatsapp or phone.
In addition, regarding the return procedure, you can consult the special form (return form) that you will find in the package you received.
It is expressly agreed that the return of the products takes place as long as the product that is returned to our Company is in the same good condition as when you originally received it and with all its tags. It is also noted that it is the customer’s responsibility to package the product properly when returning it. Our company does not accept returns of products that are damaged, soiled or not accompanied by all the documents you received from us.

For the European Union:

1. To return one or more products, you should contact the DHL courier company that delivered the parcel to you, stating that it is a return to Sun Princess IKE, quoting the return voucher number that you found in the box of your order.
2. You place it together with the product to be replaced.
3. You place the product/products to be replaced with all their labels and the completed return card in the package you received (or other safe package, in case the first one is unsuitable) and deliver the parcel to DHL.
4. Once we receive the parcel, a quality check is carried out. It is expressly agreed that the return of the products takes place as long as the product that is returned to our Company is in the same good condition as when you originally received it and with all its tags. It is also noted that it is the customer’s responsibility to package the product properly when returning it. Our company does not accept returns of products that are damaged, soiled or not accompanied by all the documents you received from us.

You have a period of fifteen (15) calendar days from receipt of your product(s) to return any product purchased through our online store.

The return process consists of delivery of the parcel by you to the courier, transport and collection by us, quality control and return processing according to the return form you have placed inside the parcel. From the moment we receive the products you return, the deposit of the amount or credit in the e-shop takes place within 2-10 days.

In the event of a defect in the product we sell to you, you may (a) request that it be repaired at no cost to you, unless this is impossible or requires disproportionate costs, or (b) replace it with another (in accordance with Luna Splendida’s return policy) or (c) return it by following the return procedure set forth in the Terms of Use and Transactions. For Greece, it is clarified that in case of a defective product, the refund, if requested, is not charged with 2,5€.
The above obligations of our Company cease in the event that the defect has been caused by you, or the product being returned has dirt, wear, abrasions, creases and generally creates the impression that it has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its suitability .
