To find your size, begin from the band size, your underbust measurement. Using your underbust size and measuring your overbust you can find your cup size. If for example the circumference of your underbust is 80cm and the circumference at the highest point of your bust (usually on the nipple) is 99cm, the your size is 80D.

Gently hand-wash. Washing your underwear by hand maximizes their lifespan while also helping the environment by reducing the release of microfibers into aquatic ecosystems and lowering energy consumption.
Do not use chlorine, bleach, or chlorine-based detergents to wash this product. Chlorine significantly affects the elastic fibers and causes premature fading.
The heat generated inside the dryer damages the elastic fibers and causes the garment to shrink or “curl up.” It can also damage the wire of a bra. Hang your underwear to dry in a well-ventilated, shaded area to maximize their lifespan.
Do not iron this product. The high temperature generated by the iron's soleplate damages the product's elastic fibers as well as synthetic fibers such as polyester (lace, embroidery, etc.).
Do not dry clean this product. Not only is there no reason to do so, but the chemicals contained in dry-cleaning products can damage and discolor the fabric.
