Terms & Conditions Competition Terms and Conditions – Valentine’s Giveaway<\/strong><\/h1>

Welcome to the Terms & Conditions Terms and Conditions of the Luna Splendida<\/strong> Contest. Please read carefully the following information governing your participation in the competition.<\/p>

1. Organizer
<\/b><\/span>The competition is organised by. <\/span>Luna Splendida<\/strong> (hereinafter referred to as “Organiser”).<\/span><\/h3>

2. Duration of the Competition
<\/b><\/span>The competition will take place from <\/span>08\/01\/2026<\/strong> until <\/span>08\/02\/2026<\/strong> and will close at 23:59 on the same day. <\/span>Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered valid.<\/span><\/h3>

3. How to participate
<\/b><\/span>Participation in the competition requires the following <\/span>any purchase<\/strong> from the Luna Splendida online store during the period of the competition. <\/span>Each completed purchase automatically corresponds to a <\/span>one (1) participation<\/strong> in the draw. <\/span>Multiple purchases do not equal multiple entries.<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>

4. Eligibility
<\/b><\/span>All residents of Greece, aged over 18 years old, are eligible to participate. <\/span>Employees of the Promoter and their first degree relatives are excluded from the competition.<\/span><\/h3>

5. The Gift
<\/b><\/span>The winner will win <\/span>two (2) nights accommodation for two persons<\/strong> at <\/span>Forest Suites Boutique Hotel, for the weekend of February 13 & 14, 2026<\/strong>.
<\/span> A short distance from Karpenisi, in the heart of the enchanting Megalo Chorio, is the Forest Suites Boutique Hotel. Built amphitheatrically above the Karpenisiotis River and embracing the snow-covered foothills of Kaliakouda, it invites you to live a unique experience of initiation into the secrets of the forest. <\/span>The gift is specific, cannot be exchanged for money or other products\/services and is non-transferable.<\/span><\/h3>

6. Winner emergence
<\/b><\/span>The draw will take place on <\/span>09\/02\/2026<\/strong> by the Promoter. <\/span>The winner will be notified by email or telephone within 5 working days. <\/span>In case of non-response of the winner within the above time period, the entry will be cancelled and a new winner may emerge through a repeat draw.<\/span><\/h3>

7. Receipt & Gift redemption
<\/b><\/span>The redemption of the prize will take place upon the winner’s agreement with Forest Suites Boutique Hotel. <\/span>The booking is subject to the terms and conditions and availability of the hotel.<\/span><\/h3>

8. Protection of Personal Data
<\/b><\/span>The Promoter collects only the personal data necessary for participation and communication with the winner. <\/span>The data is not disclosed to third parties and is deleted after the end of the competition, unless otherwise required by applicable legislation.<\/span><\/h3>

9. Responsibility of the Organiser
<\/b><\/span>The Organizer is not responsible for any cancellations or changes of accommodation by the hotel, nor for any technical problems that may affect participation in the competition.<\/span><\/h3>

10. Acceptance of Terms
