1. The company <\/span>SUN<\/span> PRINCESS<\/span> IKE<\/span> (hereinafter referred to as the “Promoter Company”) is organizing a series of competitions\/competitions (hereinafter referred to as the “Actions”), in which interested parties are invited to participate in competitions in <\/span><\/span>Facebook<\/span>, in order to win the prizes that will be announced before each draw.<\/span><\/p>

2. Entries that have followed the entry steps will be considered valid for the entire duration of each draw.<\/span><\/p>

3. Employees of the group of companies are excluded from the Actions <\/span>Generation<\/span> Y<\/span> and the Organising Company as well as their relatives up to the third degree.<\/span><\/p>

4. The duration, the date of the competition, the number of winners and the date of their announcement will be determined by an announcement on the account <\/span>Facebook<\/span> https:\/\/www.lunasplendida.com\/<\/a><\/span> of the Promoter and always at a time prior to the relevant draw.<\/span><\/p>

5. The draw will involve all those who followed the steps as published in the relevant announcement on the account <\/span>Facebook<\/span> https:\/\/www.lunasplendida.com\/<\/a><\/span> of the Organising Company. <\/span> <\/p>

6. During each draw, which will be conducted electronically, entries that have followed the entry steps will be deemed valid. Anyone is entitled to participate only once in each draw by correctly following the entry steps requested. <\/span><\/p>

7. <\/span>O<\/span> The winner will be one (1) and the prize will be one (1) gift voucher of 100\u20ac.<\/span><\/p>

8. Gifts are personal, non-redeemable and non-transferable.<\/span><\/p>

9. The announcement of the name of the winner of the draw will be made on 23 November 2023 on the Facebook account <\/span>https:\/\/www.lunasplendida.com\/<\/a> of the Promoter.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

10. The Promoter reserves the right to change the terms of the draws, to shorten or extend their duration or even to cancel them for reasons of force majeure.<\/span><\/p>

11. In the event that other special conditions are specified for any draw conducted by the Promoter, these conditions shall prevail.<\/span><\/p>

12. Participation in any draw constitutes express and unconditional consent and acceptance of all the terms and conditions of the competition without exception on the part of the participant.<\/span><\/p>

13. Participation in the Contest implies the express and unconditional consent of the participant to the entry of personal data in a file to be kept by the supporting Promoter for the purpose of this promotion, in accordance with the provisions of Law 2472\/1997. Entrants’ personal data will be kept on file and processed by the Promoter Company in accordance with the new GDPR rules. The purpose of the collection, retention and processing of personal data by the Promoter Company is to support the necessary activities within the framework and for the purposes of the Competition. At any time, each participant has the right to access his\/her personal data and to inform or object to the further processing of his\/her data, according to article 13 of Law 2472\/97, upon written request to the above mentioned company at the following e-mail address <\/span>https:\/\/www.lunasplendida.com\/<\/a><\/span><\/p>

14.
