Valentine’s Day is approaching! For many, it is considered the most erotic day of the year. It is an opportunity to express their love to their partner by buying flowers, chocolate, a teddy bear or planning a romantic dinner. To say the least, Valentine’s Day is a commercial holiday that creates a need to spend! However, there is no shortage of anxiety and stress about choosing the right gift that will impress the partner and make this day special. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Of course, there are quite a few who make their disgust for this particular day obvious as they are bombarded from everywhere with gift ideas for their other half. Those indifferent to this celebration will tell you that “We don’t need a day to celebrate love and romance! We celebrate every day!” And what’s wrong with celebrating your love on this day of the year, the counter argument will say! <\/p>

Of course, there is also the category of people who are single or freshly separated! What should they do? Aren’t they entitled to celebrate love and romance? <\/p>

As you can understand, there are so many opinions around Valentine’s Day and I am sure you have gone through a phase of your life where you have been very supportive of one opinion and in another phase you have been completely opposed to it. (yes I’ve done it too, I admit it!) <\/p>

  2. Take a relaxing bath! Sounds funny but think about how many times you’ve enjoyed bath time. Get a bubble bath, a body scrub, a moisturizer in the scent you like and enjoy the whole process from start to finish. <\/li>
  3. Cook something delicious! Eating is a very important form of self-care. Buy the ingredients and make yourself your favorite food. <\/li>
  4. Go to sleep! Sleep is a basic necessity and we often tend to forget it as the pace of our daily life presses us. But really, how much more can you get done if you “sneak” an hour of sleep at night? Yet that one extra hour of sleep will reward you in energy, functionality and mood the next day. <\/li>
  5. Get rid of old and worn out underwear! And yet it makes a big difference to our psychology to wear quality underwear that is in good condition. We deserve to take care of ourselves even in the places that are not visible to those around us. We’ve all thought “let me keep this underwear for the days of menstruation”.
